It’s true: It’s the little things in life that can often make the biggest difference.
At Carolina Junior Cotillions, we know that lesson well. For more than 30 years, we’ve been teaching our students — most often fifth-, sixth- and seventh-graders — how to master individual moments that can impact the rest of their lives. Like how to exhibit respect for themselves and others. How to observe small courtesies and always make a good first impression. And how to feel comfortable in a formal setting while making others feel at ease, too.
It all comes together through Carolina Junior Cotillions’ social, dance and etiquette programs. Every program is based on the same core principles: Respect, consideration, honesty — and fun, the hallmark of founder Ann Cherry’s approach to helping young people learn critical life lessons.
