2025-2026 Carolina Junior Cotillions Registration

Thank you for your interest in submitting a Goldsboro Cotillion Registration Application.  Registration for the 2025-2026 Cotillion Season is now closed. 2025-2026 DJ Glow Party

Goldsboro Cotillion’s 2025-2026 DJ Glow Party will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026.  Cotillion Students may register a guest to attend for $20.  Guests must be registered with emergency information to reference. 

On-line guest registration will open on Thursday, January 1, 2026 and close at 12:00 noon on Friday, January 9, 2026.  

Cotillion Guest Registration Form

  • Currently-enrolled Cotillion students are permitted to register up to two (2) guests to attend DJ Glow Party night. Guests will be introduced to Cotillion staff by students and are expected to follow Cotillion social, behavioral, and dress code expectations. Guests are limited to grades 4-8 and must sign-in upon arrival to receive their name badge. Guests are permitted to attend solely with their Cotillion host student and must have emergency information on file.

  • DJ Dance Party Guest Pass: $20

    Guests are permitted to attend solely with their Cotillion host student and are required to have emergency information on file.

    Refunds will not be issued unless inclement weather leads to event cancellation

  • Important Parent Information:

    I release from liability the owner, operator, chaperones, marshals and employees of Carolina Junior Cotillions/Carolina Protocol regarding any injuries and/or illness sustained and understand that I will be notified as soon as possible concerning any medical problem by my youth while in class or while under Cotillion’s supervision.

    I agree my youth will not attend this event if A) they have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 2 days or B) they have exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 (fever 100.4+, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, diarrhea or vomiting, running nose, body/muscle aches) within 2 days of this event.

    I agree to allow my youth to be photographed during Carolina Junior Cotillions/Carolina Protocol programs, and agree that these photographs may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the Carolina Junior Cotillions/Carolina Protocol.
